Welcome to RizzSoft. By using our website and engaging our services, you agree to the Terms below.
1) Purchase & Sale Conditions
- Services are provided under a written agreement/quotation stating scope, milestones, timeline, and fees.
- Changes or additional work require prior written approval and may incur extra cost.
2) Delivery Schedule
- Delivery timelines for websites, apps, designs, research, and campaigns are documented in the agreement.
- In case of unforeseen events, timelines may shift with prior notice to the client.
- Interim demos/staging links will be shared at key milestones where applicable.
3) Refund Policy
- 50% advance before project start — non-refundable once work begins (covers discovery, planning, and initial builds).
- Mid-project cancellation: any payment beyond the initial 50% is refundable proportionate to unconsumed work.
- Failure by RizzSoft: full/partial refund may be issued after mutual review.
- After final delivery & approval: refunds generally do not apply; technical defects will be fixed promptly.
4) Return Policy (Digital Services)
Because deliverables are digital (websites, software, design assets), physical “returns” do not apply. Post-delivery bugs or discrepancies will be corrected under support/warranty terms.
5) After-Sales Service
- Complimentary technical support for a defined period after delivery (as specified in the agreement).
- Extended maintenance, feature upgrades, or marketing retainer are available via separate contracts.
6) Intellectual Property
- All IP transfers to the client only after full payment is received.
- RizzSoft may showcase completed work in portfolio and marketing materials.
7) Confidentiality
Both parties must keep project information confidential except where disclosure is legally required.
8) Limitation of Liability
RizzSoft is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (profit, data, or opportunity). Total liability is capped at the amount paid by the client for the specific service causing the claim.
9) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
Refund Policy
Transparent and fair refunds as outlined above. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via bank transfer or mobile financial services (e.g., bKash, Nagad), or another agreed method.
